This first floor space is at a prime location in the Gallery Building, with huge windows facing north. The space is 850 s.f. with high ceilings,  original hardwood floors, and two small rooms, one with a large two-bowl industrial sink, and another is a standard sink. Two walls have continuous chalkboards from when it was originally a classroom. The heat is controlled from a thermostat in the gallery.

The space is available currently available for a one year lease for $900/month which includes all the utilities. Retail or art gallery/studio is preferred.
